Description

Project consists of construction of 56 kilometers of resource road with finished surface width of 8m to 10m. The 56 kilometers consisted of reconstruction of 36 kilometers of existing forest service roads and new construction of 20 kilometers.

Major quantities were:

• Grubbing: 210 Hectares
• Stripping: 180,000 m³
• Common Excavation: 1,700,000 m³
• Rock Excavation: 1,100,000 m³
• Geotextile: 300,000 m²
• Gravel Surfacing: 165,000 m³
• Culverts from 0.5 m diameter to 3.0 m diameter 4100 lineal meters

Belvedere Place Development Ltd. was a 50 percent Joint Venture partner on this project. The project was started early June 2010 and was substantially complete at March 15, 2011.
